Placing your order

At checkout, you can select the most convenient delivery date for you from the calendar (available dates are highlighted - unavailable dates are greyed out).

Do you need your order delivered weeks or months ahead? 

That’s no problem at all.

If you spot the perfect gift today for someone whose birthday, anniversary or other celebration is some time in the future, simply place your order and use the checkout delivery calendar to tell us exactly when you want us to deliver your gift to the lucky recipient.

We’ll make up your order and send it at just the right time for their celebration. It's simple and it's one more thing you can safely cross off your 'to do' list!

Making your order

All of our products are made to order for you, and we aim to create, check, pack and despatch your order within 24 hours (Monday – Friday).

Orders received at the weekend and on Bank Holidays will be started on the next working day.

UK Delivery partner

We entrust UK deliveries to our courier partner, MyHermes, who aim to complete delivery within 3-4 working days (excludes weekends).

Order value £20.01 - £40 before discounts: £5.80

Order value £40.01 - £60 before discounts: £8.70

Order value over £60 before discounts: FREE
